Football Team Loses Opener

The Sharks football team got off to a shaky start today as the Rio Hondo Prep Cares triumphed 35-6. The cares jumped out early in the first quarter 21-0. They slowed a bit in the 2nd quarter and led 28-0. The Sharks finally got on the board when quarterback Bennett Sherman connected in his varsity debut to senior running back Miles Edman to finalize the score. The Sharks go on the road for their next two games before return home for a night game, Friday September 30th at 7pm.
